Brianne DeSellier

Brianne DeSellier (born October 13, 1986)[1] is an American tax lawyer, as well as a print and TV legal and business analyst. She also provided conservative political commentary during the 2016 Trump-Clinton presidential election.

Career[edit]

DeSellier attended business school at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where she received her B.B.A in accounting. Following business school, DeSellier attended law school at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida where she graduated in the top 1% of her class and was named salutatorian of her graduating class.[2] DeSellier went on to receive her LL.M (Master of Laws) in taxation from New York University School of Law, which is regarded as the number one tax law program in the United States.

DeSellier regularly appears on various national news networks and programs, including CNN, HLN, ABC, Good Morning America, and ABC World News to provide commentary (generally conservative) on legal and business issues in the headlines.[3][4][5][6][7][8] In addition, she has published several scholarly articles in the tax law area.[9][10][11]

Personal life[edit]

DeSellier attended The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida and has been married to her college sweetheart, Brent DeSellier, since 2011.[12]

Politically, DeSellier appears to be moderate, but conservative - DeSellier was a registered independent until February 2016 when she changed her Florida voter registration status to Republican.[13]
