Maria Brachmańska (born 11 February 2000 in Wodzisław Śląski), better known by her stage name Brigit Störm[1] is a polish singer, songwriter and director[2]. She released her debut album Prophet in 2020 through record label The Office[3].

Early life[edit]

Maria Brachmańska was born on 11 February 2000 in Wodzisław Śląski in Poland. During her childhood, she was inspired by artists such as Vangelis, Enya, Fleetwood Mac and The xx[1]. At the age of 18 she moved to Vienna to study music business at SAE Institute[1].

After the break-up of her high school music band she took singing lessons and started to learn music production in order to start her solo career[4].
