Prehistory[edit]
In early June 2020, Morgenstern announced that he would release his new track on June 5. His fans expected the artist would release "Cadillac". But he released the "Pososi" track, received negative reviews and started collecting dislikes on YouTube. On June 8, Morgenstern said on Instagram that if the single overtakes the record holder for dislikes in Russia - Timati and Guf's video for the song "Moscow" (Москва), he will release "Cadillac". On the same day, the goal was achieved and Morgenshtern didn't keep his promise. However, the track was leaked on YouTube. Officially the single was released on the night of June 8-9.

The video for the track was released on July 9 on Morgenshtern's official YouTube channel, on Eldzhey's birthday.
