Call of Duty (film)

Call of Duty is an upcoming American action adventure film directed by Stefano Sollima and written by Kieran Fitzgerald. It is based on the video games franchise of same name.

Production[edit]

On November 6, 2015, The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Activision Blizzard has launch a production studio called Activision Blizzard Studios and planning a live-action Call of Duty cinematic universe in 2018 or 2019.[1] In February 2018, it was reported that Stefano Sollima would direct the film, which Kieran Fitzgerald had written while he would also develop the film along with Sollima, and producers would be Stacey Sher, Nick van Dyk, and Bobby Kotick.[2]

Sequel[edit]

A sequel to the film was announced in November 2018, when the studio hired Joe Robert Cole to write the screenplay of the second film.[3]
