Cameron Michael Nagle (born 10 November 1999) is the host of Starting Small, an entrepreneurship podcast, featuring interviews with A-list founders and CEO's. The podcast has featured guest such as the founders of Reebok, LovSac, Kodiak Cakes, Cards Against Humanity, and more. Starting Small monetizes through sponsors such as Manscaped, Twillory, and BlackWolf. He comprised an extensive social media following at age 16, which has portrayed both drumming and entrepreneurship. Cameron has toured with christian contemporary artist, Jamie Grace and Indie-Pop duo, The Bergamot. Cameron is a double major in Management and Marketing at Bethel University.

In 2016, after marketing through Instagram, Cameron began touring with Jamie Grace. Through daily videos, Cameron's drumming gained traction from both sponsors and artist, offering opportunities. Cameron is an endorser of Evans Drumheads, Firehouse Drums, Promark Drumsticks, RTOM Corporation, TNR Products, Soultone Cymbals, KickBlock, Cympad, and DrumKubes. In 2018, Cameron began touring with Indie-Pop duo, The Bergamot, where he also continued one-off shows for Jamie Grace.

In January 2020, Cameron compromised sponsorships through his network, to aid the launch of Starting Small. The podcast launched it's first interview on February 27th with Chuck Surack, CEO and Founder of Sweetwater, a 2.1 billion dollar music retailer. Cameron was set to perform at Notre Dame Stadium, opening for One Republic and American Authors, with The Bergamot. Due to Covid-19, the show was cancelled, which led to full commitment to Starting Small. The Starting Small Podcast has generated $15,000 in company sponsorships both monetary and product gifting in 2020, for in-episode ad slots in return. Starting Small releases new episodes every Friday, which features the stories behind the nation's leading brands.
