Carole Manzel Stephens (born March 1957) was a member of the general presidency of the Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 2012[2][3] to 2017.[4] In 2012, she was serving on the Relief Society's general board when she was called as first counselor to general president Linda K. Burton.[5][6]

Stephens was born in Ogden, Utah,[1] to Carl L. and Forest Manzel.[7] She is married to Martin R. Stephens; they are the parents of six children.
