Carolina Romero
Carolina Romero (born February 12, 1989 in Miami, FL) also known as the Fit Golfer Girl is a golf fitness coach, golf analyst and social media personality. Romero started playing golf at the age of 9 in Bogota, Colombia. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida on a golf scholarship. Romero graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance in May 2010..[1]. After a five-year career in Finance working for Goldman Sachs in New York City, Romero moved to Palm Beach County, Florida to pursue a full-time career in fitness[2][3].
Romero is the owner of Silver Strong Fitness in Boca Raton, Florida where she provides fitness training to seniors and golfers of all levels[4]. Additionally, Romero owns and is the main content creator of the Fit Golfer Girl blog[5] and all affiliated social media accounts including the Fit Golfer Girl YouTube channel[6].
Fitness Credentials and Collaborations[edit]
Romero is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Functional Aging Specialist via the Functional Aging Institute, a Precision Nutrition L1 coach, and has a Fitness Level 2 certification with the Titleist Performance Institute[7].
In the summer of 2019, Romero became Golf Channel Latin America's resident golf fitness expert[8]. Romero's golf fitness tips air throughout the day to a Spanish speaking audience of 10 million subscribers in 17 countries[9].
During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, Romero created a five week in-home golf fitness program for Golf Magazine's readers and social media audience[10].

In 2019 and 2020, Romero was the lead host of the Honda Classic All Access Live[11][12].
In November 2019, Romero joined the Golf Channel Latin America team as an on screen analyst for the live transmission of the Mayakoba Golf Classic in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico[13]
YouTube Channel[edit]
Romero creates golf lifestyle content, golf fitness videos, and golf product reviews for the Fit Golfer Girl YouTube channel. As of March 31, 2020 the channel has over 5,000 subscribers and 380,000 views[14]
