Catalogue was a French experimental rock and electronic jazz group founded in 1979 and active until the end of the 1980s, when the group's members started to dedicate themselves to other projects.
Their music was influenced by free jazz and tape music and punk rock. The group was founded by Jac Berrocal[1], Jean-François Pauvros and Gilbert Artman. Harmonium player Patrick Prado[2], drummer Jean-Pierre Arnoux and mentor of the label Alga Marghen, Michel Potage were also part of the original lineup. The group toured Europe in the 1980s and broke up at the end of the 1980s. Jac Berrocal would continue a rich solo career.
