Changsha Heijingang Industrial Company Limited trading internationally as BD Drill Group was founded in 1999[1] by well known drill rig expert Riping Yang of the Changsha Institute of Mining Research. Since its inception BDDrill Group has achieved a ranking of one of the Prominent Manufacturers in the mining Drill Bits market.[2]
The manufacturing facility based in Changsha in the Hunan Province, occupies over 115,000 square meters and has facilities for production, research and development, and testing of mining equipment. Yearly production exceeds 250,000 Drill bits and over 20,000 sets of DTH Down the Hole Hammers.
The volume of manufacturing has allowed BDDrill Group to supply 40%-50% of the China market,[3] with an export volume of $US 30,000,000.
