Charles L. Martin (b. 1940) is a licensed California architect whose commercial and residential work is predominantly in the West Coast of the United States. Martin is best known for designing the Rancho Mirage, California Observatory.[1] [2] Other public buildings include the Saint Garabed Armenian Apostolic Church of the Desert also in Rancho Mirage;[3] and the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church in Palm Desert, California.[4]
