Charlie Downs (animator)
Charlie Downs (March 22, 1927 – July 21, 2008) is an American animator, who is best known for working with Disney and Hanna-Barbera. One of his last credits in Tiny Toon Adventures was as timing director.[citation needed]
Early life
He was born in Richfield, Idaho, later served in US Navy before studying at the Chouinard Art Institute. He began his animation career at Disney in 1950.[1][2]
