23 August 2004: Last departure from Causeway Bay extended to 0:30
28 September 2013: Stop establishment at Tuen Mun Road Bus-Bus Interchange
5 October 2013: Restructure of route 962 resulted in the establishment of two new routes: 962B and 962X, route timetable reverted to service during peak hours
15 January 2018: Introduction of "Next Bus" Arrival Time Service^[1]
