Concord (software) is an American software company that develops contract lifecycle management (CLM) software delivered as software as a service. The platform provides browser-based contract authoring and redlining, workflow and approvals, obligation tracking, audit trails, and electronic signature.[1][2]

History

Concord was founded in 2014 by Mathieu Lhoumeau and Florian Parain.[1] In October 2018 the company raised a US$25 million Series B funding round led by Tenaya Capital with participation from existing investors CRV and Alven.[3][4]

Products

Concord’s platform provides browser-based contract authoring, version tracking, and collaboration features, together with approval workflows, audit trails, and electronic signature. Analyst coverage has described the product as emphasizing collaboration across business teams beyond legal operations.[1][2]
