The Confluence India International Film Festival (also known as CIIFF) is held every year in the city of New Delhi, in the state of Delhi in India. Festival is conducted by Confluence India,The Festivals holds competitions for Short Films, Documentaries & Animation Films from across the world. Rahul Khandalkar, is the festival director of CIIFF.[2][3]
