The Conga Cooler is a tequila-based cocktail.[1] It was created by Pancho Morales, bartender at Tommy's Place in Ciudad Juarez, who also was believed to have invented the margarita.[2]
This drink is prepared by mixing tequila, pineapple juice and Angostura bitters into an Old Fashioned glass; then adding ice and topping with club soda. A lemon peel is used as a garnish.
