ContactPoint360 (also known as CP360) is a Canadian-founded customer experience outsourcing company with its global headquarters in Pharr, Texas, United States. It provides services including customer support, call center operations, help desk outsourcing, and related business process solutions to enterprises across multiple industries worldwide.[1]
History
ContactPoint360 was founded in 2007 by Asad Mirza in Toronto, Canada, with early operations in Montreal and St. Catharines.[1] The company began as a contact center provider and later expanded its services into broader Customer experience solutions.[1]
In 2018, the company expanded outside North America, establishing offices in Bogotá, Colombia and Gurugram, India.[2]
In 2019, ContactPoint360 introduced a subsidiary, TPV360, a cloud-based third-party verification software for regulated industries.[3] The platform was launched as a SaaS solution available on Android and iOS.[4]
In October 2019, the company was first certified as a Great Place to Work. It has been re-certified in multiple years, including 2021–2022 and 2023–2024.[5]
In 2020, ContactPoint360 opened a customer experience and technology campus in Athens, Greece.[6]
In 2021, the company launched Global Tech Talent (GTT), a recruitment process outsourcing division specializing in technology talent acquisition.[7]
In 2023, the company opened a delivery center in Cebu, Philippines, with an investment of about USD $3 million.[8]
The company also operates a site in San Salvador, El Salvador.[9]
