Formed in 2012, Corrupt is an American Death / Thrash Metal band hailing from Los Angeles, California, home to the San Fernando Valley.
Corrupt has been pounding the pavement in the Southern California & L.A. music scene for 10+ years and building an impressive reputation for themselves opening for: Possessed, Vio-Lence, Sacred Reich, Warbringer, Havok, Timo Tolki (Stratovarius), Neil Turbin (Anthrax), BulletBoys, Toxik & Helstar!
Corrupt is currently in the studio finishing up their highly anticipated debut album "Art of Torture" (recorded & mixed by Ira Black of Vio-Lence), which will be released at the In Flammen Open Air Festival in Torgau Germany in July, 2023! This will be the bands first show on their upcoming “Art of TOURture” European tour with TBA announcements commencing in next couple of weeks!
The band released their first single/music video, "Mind Control," in January, 2023.
Corrupts Debut Album Art Of torture is set to release July 14th along with their second Music Video, Cremation of Care which features Death Metal veterans, Drummer Tim Yeung (ex-Morbid Angel) and Pessimist vocalist Ivan Alison!
