Dam is an American YouTuber known for his diversified short form entertainment videos that cover random facts, memes, and everyday thoughts.[1][2]
Born and raised in McMinnville, Tennessee, Owen registered his Youtube channel "Dam" in 2021, primarily uploading short form entertainment videos discussing random topics, facts, and thoughts that he finds with his viewers.[3] Owen has garnered success on his primary YouTube channel after beginning his Youtube journey in 2014.[1]

After choosing to pursue Youtube full-time, Owen stated that initially establishing and expanding his online audience was very difficult. Dreaming of becoming a full-time YouTuber since 2014 and having multiple previously failed attempts at starting up a successful YouTube channel; Owen found his niche in 2021 with his short form entertainment-formatted Youtube videos which are centered around unique ideas, trending memes, daily dilemmas, and interesting facts.[1]

Owen published his first Youtube short to his primary channel titled "You Decide!" on 13 January 2022 which was the beginning of a string of consistent content being uploaded daily.[4][2] His most popular upload to date is a short titled "North Korea Facts That Will Shock You" on 11 August 2022, a viral video that received over 11 million views.[5] Owen amassed over 121,000 subscribers from the month of August 2022 to September 2022 alone following his first viral video.[6]
Owen's channel is ranked among the top 10% of YouTubers and within the top 2000 most subscribed YouTube channels on the platform.[7]
Owen's diversified video catalogue has attained various Social Blade achievements which include but are not limited to; "Vidcon Personality" (surpassing 100 million Youtube video views), "Build An Audience" (surpassing 250,000 Youtube subscribers), and "Uploading Feels Good!" (surpassing 500 videos uploaded to Youtube).[8]
Owen has a yearly projected earning between $325,000 up to $5.2 million from YouTube according to Social Blade.[7]
