Warrior of Faith, Garud) is an Indian Hindi-language mythological drama series. It is based on the tale of Garud, a mythological divine bird. The show aired on Sony SAB from 14 March 2022.[1][2]
Premise[edit]
The son Garud will be seen trying everything to free his captive mother Vinta, from the clutches of her own sister, Kadru, who is also the mother of 1,000 snakes, including Kaalia, Takshaka, Shesha & Vasuki.[3][4][5]

Release[edit]
Sony SAB unveiled a teaser on 9 June 2021.[7] The show was delayed many times due to the technology used in the show, machines were imported from other countries. After several months an official promo was released on 17 January 2022.[8]
Cast[edit]
Initially Nirbhay Wadhwa was selected to play the lead role of Garud but was later replaced by Faisal Khan due to the prior commitments.[9]
