Since 2013, Diamond and Diamond Lawyers has been run as a family-owned law firm with Sandra Zisckind, Jeremy Diamond, and Isaac Zisckind as the main partners.[1][4] At this time, they only operated sporadically and had just one office in Canada.[1] By 2017, they became one of the fastest growing firms and expanded their practice areas into real estate and family law.[1][4] During the same time period, their offices increased to thirteen which were spread across the country.[1]

In July 2019, a data breach was disclosed by Capital One in which they reported that the data of more than 6 million Canadians have been accessed between 2005 and 2019.[6] In August 2019, Diamond and Diamond Lawyers got involved in it and filed a $350 million class action against Capital One with Ontario Superior Court for data breach.[7] Paige Thompson, who was responsible for Capital One data breach, was convicted in June 2022 for violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.[8]
In May 2020, three private videos of a woman named, Christine Wing, were uploaded to Pornhub without her consent.[9] In April 2022, Christine Wing hired Diamond and Diamond Lawyers who filed a $500 million class action against Pornhub's parent company, MindGeek, for uploading videos without consent and sextortion.[9][10] This is the first class action against MindGeek in Canada and the case is pending in the court.[9][11]
