Dibyaza (Arabic: دِبْيَازَة, romanized: Dibyāza, acw) is one of the most popular Hejazi desserts in Saudi Arabia. It is associated with Eid al-Fitr where it is usually served on the first day of the Eid at breakfast after the Eid prayer. Dibyaza consists mainly of Qamar al-Din and some other ingredients such as nuts and sugar. Its origins go back to Mecca.
