Diellas (Greek pronancuation: ντι-ε-λλάς) is a supermarket chain based in Corfu, Greece.
History[edit]
The company was established in 1995[1] in Corfu, Greece with their first store[2] opening in Gouvia, Corfu
In 1997, Diellas opened their second store[3] in the Ethniki-Achiliou Road in Corfu marking their beginning as a Supermarket Chain.
In 1999, Diellas opened their third store[4] in the Town of Corfu where their "fame" as a reputable supermarket chain started.
Between 1998 and 1999, Diellas opened a large warehouse, in Skripero, Corfu and in 2010 they doubled their warehouse capacity.
In 2000 Diellas extended it's service area in the North Part of Corfu by opening a brand new store in Sidari, Corfu.
Since 2013 Diellas extended their service to Epirus by opening their first store in Igoumenitsa.
