DirectEmployers Association is a not-for-profit consortium of leading U.S. corporations founded by Bill Warren, the founder of monster.com. The Association's services include: the DirectEmployers' Search Engine, the Internet's only search engine dedicated exclusively to searching employment opportunities across corporate web sites, JobCentral National Labor Exchange in alliance with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), and NACElink, a national college recruiting system developed in alliance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and a group of leading universities.
