Disha Jha
Disha Jha born 8th march 1988 is an Indian film producer who works in Hindi cinema. After completing a diploma from zee (ZIMA) film school she assisted film directors like Prakash Jha, Goutam Ghosh, Sudhir Mishra and Lekh Tondon before becoming a producer herself.
Disha went on to produce a feature film in 2019 called Fraud Saiyaan starring Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla. She has now formed her own film production company by the name Pen Paper Scissors entertainment in 2020.

Personal Life[edit]
Disha was born to Film Director Mr. Prakash Jha and actress Deepti Naval. She studied in a boarding school in Panchgani named Sanjeevan Vidyalaya till high school. She finished her graduation from IGNOU in Bachelors of Arts in Delhi. Later she joined ZIMA an initiative by Zee group and did her diploma in film making. Disha grew up with her father Prakash Jha.
Career[edit]
- Disha started her career as an apprentice in her father’s Company Prakash Jha Productions in the film Aparahan. Directed by her father Mr. Prakash Jha. She later worked as a productions Assistant in films like Dil Dosti Etc and Khoya Khoya Chaand Produced in the same banner Prakash Jha Productions.
- She went on to being a costume supervisor in the film RAAJNEETI directed by Prakash Jha, starring Ajay Devgn Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai, Nana Patekar, and Naseeruddin Shah
- She then was the chief assistant director in the film Aarakshan Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Manoj Bajpai and Pratik Babber Directed by Prakash Jha.
- She tuned Production manger own films like Chakrayuh (starring Manoj Bajpai, Abhay Deol, Arjun Rampal and Esha Gupta) and Satyagraha starring (Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Manoj Bajpai, Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor Khan) both directed by Prakash Jha .
- She then turned Producer and made her first feature Film in 2015 called Fraud Saiyaan starring Arshad Warsi Saurabh Shukla and Sara Loren. The film released in theatres in 2019. Also available on Amazon Prime Video.
- She is currently produced her second feature which will be out soon and working on couple of web shows and tv Projects.
- Disha believes it's her father Prakash Jha who's been her mentor in Bollywood while mother Deepti has been more like a friend. Disha Jha personally don’t believe in making headlines. [1]
