Vivek Bindra is an Indian entrepreneur, motivational speaker, business coach and YouTuber.[1] Vivek Bindra inspires individuals to realize their potential. His EdTech startup Bada Business has made history by becoming the world's first company to win five Guinness World Records.[2]

Early Life[edit]

Vivek Bindra was born on 5 April 1982 in New Delhi. He has a disturbing childhood after the death of his father. He studied at St. Xavier’s High School in Delhi and completed his MBA from Amity University.[3] The Bhagavad Gita has had a great influence on him. He spread the teachings of Bhagavad Gita to the youth across the world. He also organized webinar during the Covid crisis on the teaching of Bhagavad Gita for achieving prosperity in work and peace of mind.[4]

Career[edit]

After completion of the education, Vivek Bindra started his own venture called "Bada Business", which is now South Asia's most growing organization. His motivational speeches have a desi touch so they connect with all kinds of people.[5] His work helped many people to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.[1][6] He expanded his workforce by almost 300% with 300 employees during the year 2020-21. Also reached to 100 crore revenue in the year 2020-21.[7] Big businesses do advertising aggressively, so to grow in business Vivek Bindra explained the importance of advertising to small business houses and informed them to work on a low-cost strategy. Hence they will achieve growth. His main aim is to empower small businessmen and transform their businesses from small-scale to large-scale.[8] He also added that there is an absence of proper business training for entrepreneurs in India. As result, many businesses and start-ups are left with no option but to shut down their businesses. His organization provides solutions to these kinds of issues and helps them to grow and hence the country can develop. Also, he guided business leaders about how to keep employees motivated.[9][10]

Social Work[edit]

During the corona outbreak, Vivek Bindra donated Rs. 1 Crore to give food to the needy and poor people of Delhi. Those money has been donated to ISKCON, which has collaborated with the Government of Delhi.[11] During Covid-19, the "I am Oxygen Man" campaign was unveiled which was being heralded by Vivek Bindra. The aim of this campaign was to raise Rs. 5 crores for providing healthcare for the needy and underprivileged.
