Dr Muhammad Asif Shahid (Urdu: ڈاکٹر آصف شاہد) is a journalist, Blogger and homeopathic doctor from Pakistan.[1][2] Currently he is working in 92 News TV.[3]
Early life[edit]
Dr Asif Shahid was born in Khushab, He was inspired by Justice retd Peer Muhammad Karam Shah al-Azhari. He was a student leader of the right-wing student organization, Anjuman-e-Talaba-e-Islam (ATI) . Asif Shahid was graduated at University of the Punjab, Lahore, where he obtained his Masters Degree in Islamiyat and Arabic.
Journalistic career[edit]
He started his journalistic career as sub-editor.[4] for Lahore’s Daily Akhbar-e Lahore newspapers in 1995. He worked in different news organizations including Daily Khabrain, Daily Nia Akhbar and Daily Nai Baat.[5] He also appeared on TV morning show on Channel Five, He wrote columns for Daily Khabrain in 2009.[6][7]
