"Dumisani Dlamini" (b. 23rd October 1963 - present) is a South African an actor, producer and composer who was born in Durban, South Africa. He is most popular known for his portrayal of the character "crocodile" in the movie Sarafina! (1992). He played the character "Crocodile" in the Broadway version of Sarafina! as well.[1]. He was one of the early notable black South African movie producers, revered for his contributions in the creation of the films Yizo Yizo(2004), Drum(2004) and Homecoming (2008).[2]. As as a singer, her has released singles like Intshiza, Till We Meet Again, and Freestyle.[3][4][5][6]

Personal Life[edit]

He is the father of 7 children and had his first child in high school. After the Sarafina musical tour, he met a Jewish American painter Deborah sawyer whom he was in a relationship withvfor 15 years and had two children. He lived in the U.S. for 15 years. [7] One of them is the popular American singer, producer and singer Doja Cat.[8] He was previously engaged to Girlie Nhlengethwa and Nandi Ndlovu.[2][3][9]
