Dustin Duong (born 1997, Vietnam) is a journalist,[1][2] writer,[3][4] and artist from Australia, with Vietnamese heritage. He contributed articles and radio interviews to Honi Soit and SURG.[5][6] Duong's interests in contemporary art, experimental cinema, literature, investigation, and the politicisation of the artistic and cultural sectors have led him to endeavours both in the media and in the art world. His previous artistic contributions include video installations in Switzerland[7][8][9] and a short film, DIVA, that premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2022.[10][11][12]

Education and career[edit]

He studied Media & Communications at the University of Sydney, Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin, and International Affairs at SciencesPo Paris.[13] Duong worked with the artist Nicolas Cilins on several projects, where he was able to develop his own artistic and research practice.[14]
