EFS Facilities Services Group is a middle-eastern facilities management company with facilities management services across 21 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Turkey.[1][2][3][4][5]

The company has its headquarters in Dubai and is an established facilities management company. They manage over 52 million sq. m. in the region.[6] [2] [7] [8]

EFS was established in 2006 as EFS Facilities Services Group in Dubai, UAE. After the appointment of Tariq Chauhan as the CEO of the company in 2009, they expanded their clientele and crossed AED 4.2 billion in contract backlog.[9] [4] [10]

In 2011, they expanded to Egypt and North Africa with their Oracle ERP platform. In 2012, they took over Dalkia India and is present in 65 cities in India. The same year, they launched FM Lebanon.

In 2014, the company started functioning in Nigeria, Morocco, and Tunisia, followed by expansion to Turkey and Sri Lanka in 2015. The company’s contract backlog had surged to over AED 3 billion. In 2016, they acquired a TFM contract with Schlumberger, an oilfield service company in the UAE and Bahrain. Also, they launched their First Resort Hospitality Services.

By 2018, the company finalized their contract with Etihad for Integrated Facilities Management across UAE. The company acquired the EXPO 2020 Integrated Facilities Management contract in 2019 and followed up by partnering with Dawamee, a scheme run by the Emirates Foundation.[11] [12]
