EPR Properties is a specialty real estate investment trust (REIT) based in the United States that currently invests in three primary segments: Entertainment, Recreation and Education.[1] They currently own several properties such as amusement parks, theaters, schools and ski resorts.

History[edit]

In late 2016, CNL Lifestyle Properties announced they were selling their ownership of Northstar California Resort, 15 attraction properties and five small family entertainment centers to EPR Properties. The transaction was completed in April 2017.[2] Northstar California Resort is famous for winter holiday to do Ski activities. Many families likes that ski resort.[3]
