2004-present: Automatic identification and data capture
The company was founded in 2004 to support Cardiff Software solutions including TeleForm and LiquidOffice following their acquisition by Verity in 2004[1].
In 2005, Verity was sold to Autonomy for $500 million[2].
Six years later, Hewlett-Packard Inc. (HP) agreed a deal to buy Autonomy for £7.1 billion[3].
