Eastport is a small unincorporated community in southern Contra Costa County, California.[1]

Eastport is located 2.5 miles (4.0 km) south of Moraga,[3] at an elevation of 840 feet (256 m).[1] It lies along Pinehurst Road between Oakland and Canyon, which is the closest settlement.

History[edit]
Eastport is located at what was the eastern portal of the Sacramento Northern Railroad Redwood Peak Tunnel (abandoned 1957), hence the name.
