Eat This Much is a app and website that helps users produce personalized, goal-oriented meal plans.[2][3] The app is available for Android and iOS devices.
Overview
The application has a user-friendly interface that helps users automatically generate meal plans that are also customizable, in order to achieve specific objectives such as weight loss, muscle gain, or adherence to various dietary preferences or personal taste. The app can also be used to see the exact amount of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals one eats each day.
Based on the initial preferences defined by the user after first installing the app and creating a user profile, and in particular based on the daily caloric goal defined by the user, the app is able to automatically provide suggestions for daily or weekly menus, meal plans designed to be as close as possible to the specified parameters.[4]
The application also has an extensive database of recipes and foods, with which it generates all the suggestions. Each of the curated recipes contains simple step-by-step instructions. In addition, users can also add new recipes and foods that are not in the database.
The app is also capable of generating grocery lists based on the daily or weekly menus selected by the user.[5]
