Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino
Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino is an American Author. Educated at St. Ambrose University, she is the author of three books - books, Blueberry – A Cat’s Eye View of Maine, Pinky Doodle Bug and Percolate - Let Your Best Self Filter Through.[1][2]. An article in US News quotes Guarino as saying "... smart money decisions start with making a commitment to yourself to be healthy in all areas of your life, including physical, emotional and spiritual, along with financial. This may mean you change your relationship with how you manage your money, and get smarter by making small changes in the way you operate that will have lasting positive results." [3]
Life and career[edit]
Guarino was born in Minneapolis, MN, and grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa, attending Pleasant Valley High School. In 1991, she graduated from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA with a degree in Mass Communications.
Guarino has Anaphylaxis to peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish and is the co-founder of Food Allergy Zone and is a spokesperson for MedicAlert [4] and FAACT.
Guarino works as a Life Coach, and Radio Host for BestEverYou, a multi-media provider of lifestyle and self-help content, which she founded.
