Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures LLP is an Indian motion picture production based in Mumbai. The company was founded by Nikhil Advani [1](Creative, Talent), Monisha Advani (Commercial and Marketing) and Madhu Bhojwani (Finance, Legal and Operations) in 2011. The company has released D-Day, and is now working on three upcoming projects Hero, Katti Batti & Airlift. [2]

Emmay Entertainment Private Limited and DAR Motion Pictures co-produced D-Day, an Indian action spy thriller film, directed by Nikhil Advani. The movie stars Arjun Rampal, Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Huma Qureshi, Shruti Haasan and Sandeep Kulkarni in prominent roles. The film was released on 19 July 2013. Upcoming Projects[edit]
Emmay’s upcoming projects are Hero (2015 film), Katti Batti and Airlift.
Coming first is Hero, a co-production with [Salman Khan]] Ventures. On 2013, it was announced that 1983 Hero film will be re-written and directed by Nikhil Advani, which will release on 18th February, 2014. The film launches Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty in lead roles. [6]
Their next movie is Katti Batti, with Disney UTV. The movie, scheduled to release on 18th September, 2014, stars Kangana Ranaut & Imran Khan. Principal photography for the movie started in October, 2014. [7]
The third production is Airlift, a movie that is based on true-life events, starring Akshay Kumar & Nimrat Kaur. The movie is Emmay Entertainment & Crouching Tiger’s next; produced by T Series, Cape of Good, Emmay Entertainment and Abundantia Entertainment. The movie revolves around the real life evacuation of 170,000 Indians from Kuwait during the first Gulf War. Principal photography started on 21st February, 2015 and the film will release in theaters on 22nd January, 2016. [8]
Hindi Television[edit]
Shaadi Vaadi & All That is a television soap produced by Emmay Entertainment. The show is about Aahana Kapadia, a girl who is set to be married to a successful boy who has a background in politics. The twist in the tale comes when Aahana loses her ring during her bachelorette party, and her phone gets swapped with a workaholic lawyer. Their life gets tangled up- and in this chain of events, they come closer to each other- and a love triangle ensues. It casts Auritra Ghosh (Lead female), Mishal Raheja, Vishal Karwal and Nikkitasha Marwaha. It’s the first Hindi soap produced by Emmay Entertainment. [9]
