Employee Benefits Live is an annual UK-based trade show for human resources (HR) professionals that takes place in London. It is run in conjunction with Employee Benefits, which ran Employee Benefits magazine until April 2017 and now publishes a website under the same name. Employee Benefits Live is owned by Centaur Media.

Typically, the event features an exhibition of suppliers to the HR profession and a selection of conference streams that deal with current issues that are affecting the HR industry.

The 2017 conference line-up featured Ian Baines, head of pensions at Nationwide Building Society, talking on the subject of how to boost retirement prospects for employees; Jane Earnshaw, senior director, reward at Asda, discussing how digital strategies are driving user experience around benefits; Rosemary Lemon, group head of reward at Hays, and Paul Nelson, group head of reward at Travis Perkins, exploring how employers could support staff with financial wellbeing journeys; Anna Kadanya, group HR reward at Kingfisher, and Kathy Allison, global HR director at FitFlop, talking on the topic of global engagement and reward strategies; and John Dickinson, Tesco Group diversity and inclusion manager at Tesco Bank, exploring how to champion a diverse and inclusive culture through a benefits strategy.[1]

On top of its general conference streams, Employee Benefits Live also offers some keynote speakers, usually from larger multinational organisations. For example, the 2017 show featured Ross Sparkman, head of strategic workforce planning at Facebook and Yuval Dvir, head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) online partnerships at Google.[2]

An exhibitor at Employee Benefits Live 2017, Reward Gateway, claimed that 2,200 people from the HR community had attended the event.[3]

For the October 2018 show, Centaur Media announced that the venue would be ExCel London.[4] The 2018 show marks the 20th anniversary of Employee Benefits Live.[5]
