Enza Khoury (born 2006/2007) is an American model, actress and performer from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, who appeared on the cover of i-D magazine’s Spring/Summer 2025 "The Unknown Issue". She has gained attention for her background as an 18-year-old transgender student and for her emergence as a rising talent in both acting and fashion.[1]

Early life and education

Khoury grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where she attended a local public high school with an affiliated performing arts academy.[1] > She studied stage and screen performance, appearing in school productions such as Twelfth Night and Tartuffe.[1] Khoury also worked at a neighborhood cinema.[1] She has expressed a desire to attend The New School in New York City and continue her performing arts education there.[2][3]

Career

In late 2024, Khoury answered an open casting call from i-D magazine, which was overseen by casting director Jennifer Venditti.[4] Selected from over 800 applicants, she was chosen to be one of the cover stars for i-D magazine’s Spring/Summer 2025 issue, marking her first major professional feature.[1][5] This debut occurred under the direction of editor-in-chief Thom Bettridge and the magazine’s new owner, Karlie Kloss’s Bedford Media.[6][7] Khoury subsequently traveled to Paris to attend fashion week events.[2][8]
