Ernst-Wilhelm Gohl
Ernst-Wilhelm Gohl (born 3 June 1963) is a German clergyman and the upcoming bishop of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Württemberg.
Life and career
Gohl was born in 1963 in the West German city of Stuttgart and studied theology. In February 2022, Gohl was nominated to become presiding bishop of the 'Evangelische Landeskirche in Württemberg' with over 1.9 million members. He got 57 of 84 votes in the election.[1]
