Everstage was founded in 2020 by
- Siva Rajamani, former Director and Head of Revenue Operations at Freshworks
- Vivek Suriyamoorthy, former Principal Engineer at Arcesium.
In April 2022, the company raised US$13 million in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital, with participation from 3one4 Capital. In October 2024, Everstage secured US$30 million in a Series B round led by Eight Roads Ventures.[1]
Products
The company's platform includes:
- Incentives – software for configuring commission structures, tracking earnings, and generating payout reports.
- Planning – tools for quota setting, territory design, and sales capacity modelling.
- Agent Core – a framework for coordinating AI-based assistants across sales performance processes.
