Evie Rafalko McNulty
Evie Rafalko McNulty (born 1959) is the County Recorder of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, which County comprises the City of Scranton, Pennsylvania. She has been reelected to this County Government Office for 7 consecutive 2 year terms since 1998, while usually garnering 98% to 100% of the election votes cast. Evie Rafalko McNulty was a Pennsylvania delegate to the 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012 Democratic National Conventions and was a presidential elector and member of the electoral college for Bill Clinton for the 1996 U.S. Presidential Election. The daughter of John “J.R.” Rafalko and the wife of former Scranton, Pennsylvania Mayor James Barrett McNulty,[1][2] Rafalko McNulty was in 2012 elected a member of the Democratic National Committee.[3]
