Fanny Delahaye (born 2007) is a French orienteer who competes in foot orienteering. She won the bronze medal in the women’s middle distance at the 2026 FISU World University Championship Orienteering in Vila Real, Portugal.[1][2]
Delahaye is listed by the International Orienteering Federation as a French athlete born in 2007.
Career
Delahaye began orienteering at the age of 14 and quickly progressed through the French youth system. A 2024 profile in Sud Ouest described her as a promising young athlete training in Clermont-Ferrand while studying engineering.[3]
In 2023, she won the long distance at the European Youth Orienteering Championships, becoming the first French winner in that competition’s history according to FFCO coverage.[4] She also went on to win the French junior sprint title, with FFCO social and media coverage highlighting her progress at junior level.[5] She also placed fourth in the sprint at the 2025 Junior World Orienteering Championships, according to her World of O profile.[6]
At the 2026 FISU World University Championship Orienteering, Delahaye won bronze in the women’s middle distance in 30:30, finishing behind Finland’s Inari Karppinen and Sweden’s Klara Borg.[7]
