The program starts out with "Fixer Uppers" gives a list of the top 12 predictions (top 8 for TEs) in the categories of QB, RB, WR, and TE. "Man Crush" gives the one player that each expert really likes. The experts then put Marshall Faulk to the test. In the "Start 'Em or Sit 'Em" segment, the experts gives their picks on whom to play and whom to bench for select games of the week. On "Studs, Duds, and Sleepers" the panel review their picks on the one player who will excel, one player who will fail, and one player who will surprise from the previous week and for the current week.
