FIDEL J. EXCONDE, JR.
Is a Filipino lawyer and was a businessman prior to becoming the Commissioner of the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission where he stirred the agency to greater heights thru unprecedented level of performance.
He was the youngest to have occupied the concurrent position of Undersecretary and Chief of Staff of the Department of Justice.
