For Allah, then for history

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

For Allah, then for history (Arabic:لله ثم للتاريخ) is a autobiographical book allegedly written by the unknown author Husein al-Musawi. Its authenticity is doubted and it may be of the same genre as other propaganda books such as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.[1][2]

Contents[edit]

According to the book, the author, Dr. Sayyid Husein al-Musawi, was born in Karbala, Iraq.[citation needed] He attended the hawza in Najaf and achieved the rank of mujtahid. He was a Shiite scholar who later repudiated Shiism and became Sunni.[citation needed]

The most famous event recounted in this book is an alleged visit by Khomeini to the house of a man named Sayyid Sahib near Baghdad.[citation needed] According to the author, Khomeini was taken by Sahibs' five year old daughter and requested to sleep with her. He is said to have raped her throughout the night.[citation needed]

The book and the events described above were quoted in the book 'Hal Ataaka Hadeeth ur-Raafidah’ by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. [3]

Authenticity[edit]

The authenticity of the accounts described in the book is highly questionable, as is whether the author it is ascribed to ever existed. It has been refuted by Shia writers. [4]

Contradictions in the book supposedly include the assertion that the author met Dildar Ali Naseerabadi, who died in 1820, while he was also present at the funeral of Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei in 1992.[citation needed] This would require the author to have been well over 192 years old.[citation needed]

Influence[edit]

The book may have played a significant role in the Sunni-Shia violence in Iraq and other countries, as its citation by the famously anti-Shia Zarqawi shows.[citation needed]
