History[edit]

Forager Funds (originally Intelligent Investor Funds) was founded in 2009 by Steve Johnson,[5] off the back of the stock-market newsletter Intelligent Investor.[6] Launched with an Australian Shares Fund, the aim was to provide investors with access to smaller company investment opportunities, which is still associated with the Fund today.

Forager went on to launch an International Shares Fund in 2013,[7] which offers a unique portfolio of global shares via an unlisted managed fund.

The Forager Australian Shares Fund reached capacity in 2016 and was converted into a Listed Investment Trust (LIT),[8][9].

Forager Funds provides investment market commentary to the Australian media.[10][11][12]
