The Healthy Mummy is a website launched on October 1, 2010. The Healthy Mummy empowers mums to create a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families through small, sustainable changes.

The two biggest Healthy Mummy products are the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and the Healthy Mummy weight loss smoothies. The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is a fully interactive and online customisable meal and exercise plan with over 6,000 recipes, hundreds of exercise videos and 24/7 support.

With online communities in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA, it offers an integrated suite of recipes, fitness programs, and nutrition products for mothers with young children.

History

In 2019 the Healthy Mummy magazine was launched in conjunction with Bauer Media.[1]

In 2021 The Healthy Mummy continued to expand its offering with the launch of The Healthy Man[2] website and the Healthy Man meal replacement man shake. The Healthy Man shake is created exclusively for The Healthy Man and is a formula that includes improved fat burning ability, improved gut health and belly fat, increased stamina, hair strength and anti-ageing.

The Healthy Man website offers fitness, food, health and weight loss content as well as advice and tips from some of Australia's best health and nutrition experts.

In February 2022 The Healthy Mummy was acquired by Halo Foods for $17 million in cash and scrip.[3] [4] [5]

In 2023 Healthy Mummy announced that The Healthy Mummy Tummy Smoothie range will be stocked in Woolworths stores nationwide to make healthy living even easier and more convenient for busy women and mums.[6] [7]

Halo Food Co entered into voluntary administration in August 2023 just 18 months after buying health and wellness company, The Healthy Mummy.[8]

In August 2023 Halo Food announced the sale of The Healthy Mummy to Australian hair loss and healthcare company Mosh.[9]
