Generic Aadhaar is an Indian Generic drugs company founded in 2019.[3] Headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, the company provides Generic drugs in B2B and B2C markets.[1]

History[edit]

In April 2019, Arjun Deshpande started the company from Thane, Maharashtra.[4]

In May 2020, the company got engaged in a profit-sharing model with retailers from Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Odisha.[5] In the same month, Ratan Tata, Chairman Tata Trusts, taking a minor ownership, invested an undisclosed amount in the company.[2]

In January 2021, the company launched their first outlet in Chitradurga, Karnataka.[6]

In March 2021, the company launched their mobile application.[7]
