GetFiveStars is an online reputation management website. It automates customer feedback to capture the Net Promoter Score, Testimonials and Online reviews.[2][3] GetFiveStars was recommend by entrepreneur Kevin Harrington in his address about 'trends companies need to pursue to advance their digital marketing platforms' at the International BoatBuilders Exhibition & Conference.[4]
The Get Five Stars system was developed by Mike Blumenthal,[5] an expert in local search, Thomas Hasch from Expand2Web[6] and Don Campbell. The company is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area.[3]
