Gettingtough – The Race
Gettingtough – The Race claims to be Europe's most demanding one-day survival ordeal.
The Obstacle Race has taken place since 2012 on the first Saturday in December in Rudolstadt, Germany. The course is a combination of 24 km Trailrun with 1000 elevation gain, as well as 150 Obstacles and lots of icy water. The last 100 Obstacles are placed on the last 3 km "Killingfield".
In 2016, one third of the 3200 starters had to surrender.
