The Kansas City Rugged Maniac 5K Obstacle Course event has been held annually in Weston, Missouri, northwest of Kansas City, Missouri, since 2012. The event currently takes place at the Snow Creek (Ski Resort).[1][2]

2016[edit]
Approximately 4,000 runners participated in the fifth annual Rugged Maniac in Missouri. The event featured 25 obstacles over a 5 kilometer course.[3][4]
